Return Policy

DOMESTIC ONLINE PURCHASES:

• Returns must be received by Parliament within 15 calendar days of original order date.
• Please ship to: 8360 West 3rd St Los Angeles, CA 90048
• Upon inspection of your return, a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
• All sales are final on jewelry, undergarments and sale merchandise.
• Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached, in original packaging.
• Parliament reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

• No credit card or cash refunds. Exchange or store credit only within 7 calendar days.

• At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
• All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
• Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
• If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Parliament.
